- ✗The 8-speed drivetrain fixes the old single-speed's spun-out feel, but the upright utility posture still is not made for sustained 28 mph cruising.
- ✗Range of 19-60+ miles varies hugely with load - a passenger or hills cut into it quickly.
- ✗Warranty is only one year, and direct-to-consumer means assembly and service are on you.
- ✗The basic suspension fork is helpful but minimal for rougher terrain.
- ✗Rad Power's Chapter 11 bankruptcy and March 2026 sale to Life Electric Vehicles left pre-Dec-2025 warranties unsupported, making some buyers wary about long-term support.
